Help Desk is a "Help Ticket" system that will give our customers a personal and fast connection to our support team. If you are having any problems with our Server or Domain Name services please use the Help Desk to bring you problem to our support staff. After loging into the 717hosting home page look in the User Menu and click the "Help Desk" tab.
The Help Desk will show three taps at the top of the page Open Tickets - All Tickets - New Ticket. Open Tickets will show all your active support tickets. All Tickets will show all your Tickets, open or ones that have been resolved or closed. New Ticket is the link you need to create a new ticket for any problem you may be having with our server. This page looks like an blank email. with a Subject line and large text field for your problem description. Also note the drop down menus for the Category and Priority. The more Information you give us the faster we will be able to help you. |
